Suburban Studios Florence I-95

Room was very nice. Stove, microwave, and refrigerator included. Pool! They have it all. If only the tub was not dirty. The tub was dirty with a brown ring all around. Housekeeping could do better. I actually cleaned the tub myself so I know stains could come out. Also, if the owner would fix the plumbing the water would go down the tub alot faster. Besides that, I really like the room and if not for the bathroom would gave 5 stars.

Good for the price just not your quality hotel. The first room I was given the key card didn't work and when I looked through the window, I saw the one bed wasn't made up and there was still trash in the room. I went back to the front desk and the clerk was very professional, apologized and just switched my room. The room I stayed in was ok...the bathroom could definitely use some work. The bathtub didn't drain quick and felt like I was in a kiddie pool. I rated this 3 stars just because of the front desk clerk and her great customer service.

The place is fairly clean and the bed was actually very comfortable. I guess since people live here there was a few questionable looking guests and I say this because they where calling out to me and whistling at me when I drove in and when I was walking to my room. I noticed the police doing drive thrus so that is comforting. Overall it was a pleasant stay, the room has a stove, microwave and a fridge. However, I did kill a roach last night but haven't seen any more since then. But will be shaking all my things out before putting them in my car.

I stayed there over night a couple weeks ago with my in-laws while we where on our way home from Florida. The room was nice, very clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was over all pleasant. However, the best part of my experience actually occurred after my stay. I had left some personal items in the room, they where very very important to me, by the time I had realized I did not have them, I was already a state away in North Carolina. I called them just over an hour after we had checked out, and reported my items. Within 4 hours of calling them, they had my items and I had gotten an email to to have my items sent to me. They where sent out to me a day later, and I had my items within the week. I could not be more thankful, the customer service of this hotel is phenomenal!

We paid $47 with taxes for our overnight halt on our way back from Florida to New Jersey. We could not have asked for more. The rooms were okay. It was 1 min off i-95. There were multiple gas stations and restaurants within walking distance. I saw other reviews complaining about cleanliness. I would say the rooms were clean, however everything looked a bit dated. But, for the price I have no complains. I wish the bathroom was a bit better lit. The manager called us next morning asking if our stay was pleasant. These small gestures always show the attitude of management and their willingness to travel the extra mile to make lives pleasant.
